What should I expect when getting lip filler?
The treatment usually takes 20-30 minutes depending on the patients desired goals. You may experience minimal discomfort upon injection. We also offer numbing cream before treatment to help with the possible discomfort.
Should I do anything before the treatment?
Yes! We strongly recommend avoiding any alcohol, ibuprofen, pain medication and any other medication that may thin the blood **Unless otherwise instructed by your medical doctor. This will help avoid unnecessary bruising and swelling.
What is the recovery like?
You may experience some swelling and possible bruising around the lips after the treatment. This varies from patient to patient. We will provide you with an ice pack post-treatment and recommend icing on and off within the first 48 hours .
